Design matters with a kitchen with such a small footprint. Creating more storage was the main priority and making it pretty was a close second and both goals were 100% achieved during this stunning Toronto renovation. A full wall of tile on the window wall with sconces either side of the window allows for a pretty focal point on what would otherwise cramped spot.
The centre island in a rich medium grey tone houses a hidden dishwasher opposite the sink and much needed extra post and pans storage. A shallow plate rack over the bench seating adds to the charm of the space and provides extra storage for the good dishes, this ways they can be enjoyed everyday.
